How to check the remaining data volume in NTC and Ncell? USSD, SMS

Regularly checking your remaining data volume is important for maintaining a smooth and cost-efficient internet experience. So, it is important to check your data usage regularly for many reasons.

Avoiding Extra Charges:

  • If you exceed your data limit, you might incur additional charges. Monitoring your data usage helps you avoid unexpected costs.

Managing Usage:

  • Knowing how much data you have left allows you to manage your internet usage more effectively, ensuring you don’t run out of data when you need it the most.

Planning Ahead:

  • By keeping track of your data consumption, you can plan your activities, such as downloading large files or streaming videos, according to your available data.

Optimizing Data Plan:

  • Regularly checking your data usage helps you evaluate if your current data plan suits your needs or if you need to upgrade or downgrade your plan.

Ensuring Service Continuity:

  • Running out of data can disrupt your online activities. By monitoring your data, you can top up or renew your data package in time to ensure uninterrupted service.

Preventing Data Throttling:

  • Some service providers throttle (reduce) your internet speed after you reach a certain data limit. Knowing your remaining data can help you avoid this by managing your usage or purchasing additional data before throttling occurs.
