Nepal Telecom (NTC) has offered MISSED CALL ALERT (MCA) service FREE of cost to all its customer now. Before, NTC Missed Call Alert service used to be charged but now you can subscribe Ntc Missed Call Alert Service FREE of cost.
What is Missed Call Alert (MCA) in NTC ?
Ntc Missed Call Alert is a service to the customer being notified through SMS about the calls to their number that they missed when phone is switched off, busy or out of network.
Missed Call Alert will be received through SMS with the calling number, no of missed calls, date and the time called.
You will receive SMS in the format given below for NTC Missed Call Alert (MCA) Service:

“You have missed call from 986XXXXXXX(number) at 2020-08-15 10:15:10″
The number represents the total call attempts to your mobile number from the same user.
How to subscribe Missed Call Alert (MCA) in NTC?

- Through USSD code: Dial *1400# and select 1 to subscribe Missed Call Alert.
- Through SMS: In the message box type sub mca and send to 1400
After subscribing to check or query your Missed Call Alert Status in Ntc:
- Through USSD code: Dial *1400# and select 3 to check status of Missed Call Alert.
- Through SMS: Type status and send SMS to 1400
How to Unsubscribe Missed Call Alert (MCA) in Ntc?
- Through USSD code: Dial *1400# and select 2 to unsubscribe Missed Call Alert.
- Through SMS: Type unsub mca and send SMS to 1400
After unsubscribing to check or query your Missed Call Alert Status in Ntc:
- Through USSD code: Dial *1400# and select 3 to check status of Missed Call Alert.
- Through SMS: Type status and send SMS to 1400
NTC customer can also subscribe, unsubscribe and check status of Missed Call Alert through the Nepal Telecom APP:
- Download Nepal Telecom App on your phone, which available for both platforms, android or iOS. After downloading the app, register as requirement in the application if you are using for the first time. When registration is done, go to the “VAS” menu where you can subscribe, unsubscribe and check the status of Missed Call Alert (MCA) service for Ntc.
