- Deadline for
form submission: Baishakh 29, 2076 to Jestha 27, 2076 - Deadline for
form submission with double fee: Jestha 28, 2076 to Ashad 02, 2076

Fee:
- Rs. 1,600/- for Nepalese Citizens
- Rs. 3,100/- for Nepalese citizens with late fee
- Rs. 5,100/- for foreign citizens
- Rs. 10,100/- for foreign citizens with late fee
